All units provide heated pools. We also have some units that provide B-B-Q grills and beach towels at no additional charge.

30% deposit is required within 7 days of all reservations. Cancellations received at our office in writing 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less $100.00 handling and administration charges. There are no refunds for late arrivals and early departures. We suggest you purchase on line travel insurance.

Remaining balance and refundable security deposit must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks are preferred. Please inquire if paying by credit card.

A refundable security deposit of $200.00 is required. We will e-mail you when your security deposit check has been shredded after inspection for damages and after the accommodation has been cleaned. Security deposits are retained if it is evident that you were smoking in the unit or if the unit is left in such a condition that more than the normal cleaning is required or in the event of damages. We reserve the right to change your accommodation if necessary. Accommodations must be reserved and occupied by adult 25 or older. All Rates are Subject to taxes and other fees.

Check out time is 9:30 a.m. and check in time is 4:00 p.m. We hope you will understand we need until 4:00 p.m. to properly clean your accommodation since they are large with full kitchens. If you have a problem with the time of arrival or departure due to airline flights, etc., we will try to accommodate your needs to adjust your check in and checkout times if you let us know in advance of your arrival We are unable to accommodate early arrivals or late a check-out from December through the week after Easter Sunday.

Banyan Tree Beach Resort, LLC ASSUMES NO LIABILITY for any injury resulting from any dangerous or defective conditions existing in or on this property, Should any such conditions be observed by guests on the property, guest shall notify Banyan Tree Beach Resort, LLC immediately. All units are independently owned and insured.

Additional Persons: $15.00 per person per night for additional person over the stated number of people that the accommodation can sleep, Please call to verify before booking. Cleaning fee for a 1 bedroom $150.00, and a 2 bedroom $175.00. Please note we have provided laundry baskets for each unit. We simply ask that on your departure you put all dirty linens, towels and rugs in the laundry baskets, take out your garbage and do your dishes. Please start laundry in Units with washer and dryers.

Our accommodations are all non-smoking. Sorry parking is limited. No motorhomes, motorcycles, boats or trailer allowed.

All of our accommodations are fully furnished, including sheets, towels, cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans, iron, ironing board, coffee makers, toasters, blenders, and microwaves. All accommodations have cable TV with remotes, DVDs, and private telephones unless otherwise noted. Your accommodation will have a starter supply of 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels, 2 kitchen trash can liners, and 2 small bars of soap for each bathroom. You are responsible for your needs for the duration of your stay. Just bring your personal items and be prepared for a great vacation!

We do not provide maid service, however arrangements can be made for an additional fee.
