30% deposit is required with all reservations. Cancellations received at our office in writing 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less $75.00 handling and administration charges. There are no refunds for late arrivals and early departures.

A refundable security deposit of $200.00 is required. Refund of security deposit will be made by mail after inspection for damages and after the accommodation has been cleaned. Security deposits are retained if it is evident that you were smoking in the unit or if the unit is left in such a condition that more than the normal cleaning is required. We reserve the right to change your accommodation if necessary. Accommodations must be reserved by adult 25 or older. All Rates are Subject to a 11.5% Tax.

Remaining balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks are fine and preferred. We are now able to accept credit cards, however only with prior arrangements, and we are sorry we have to pass along a $25.00 processing fee in order to accept a credit card.

Check out time is 9:30 a.m. and check in time is 4:00 p.m. We hope you will understand we need until 4:00 p.m. to properly clean your accommodation since they are large with full kitchens. If you have a problem with the time of arrival or departure due to airline flights, etc., we are sometimes able to adjust your check in and check out times if you let us know in advance of your arrival . We are unable to accommodate early arrivals or late a check-out from December through the week after Easter Sunday.

Additional Persons: $7.00 per person per night for any person over the stated number of people that the accommodation can sleep. There are no hidden charges, such as surcharges or cleaning fees. Please note we have provided laundry baskets for each unit, and to keep from charging cleaning fees, we simply ask that on your departure you put all dirty linens, towels and rugs in the laundry baskets and take out your garbage.

Our accommodations are all non-smoking, and we regret we are unable to accept pets. Sorry, no motorhomes or motorcycles or boats and trailers are allowed.

All of our accommodations are fully furnished, including sheets, towels, cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans, iron, ironing board, coffee makers, toasters, blenders, and microwaves. All accommodations have cable TV with remotes, VCRs, and private telephones. Your accommodation will be supplied with a complimentary roll of toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liners, and small bar of soap. You are responsible for your needs for the duration of your stay. Just bring your personal items and be prepared for a great vacation!

We do not provide maid service, however arrangements can be made if you wish to have maid service for an extra fee.
