30% deposit is required with all reservations. Cancellations received at our office in writing 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less $75.00 handling and administration charges. There are no refunds for late arrivals and early departures. We suggest you purchase on line travel insurance..

A refundable security deposit of $200.00 ($400.00 with a pet) is required. Refund of security deposit will be made by mail after inspection for damages and after the accommodation has been cleaned. Security deposits are retained if it is evident that you were smoking in the unit or if the unit is left in such a condition that more than the normal cleaning is required or in the event of damages. We reserve the right to change your accommodation if necessary. Accommodations must be reserved and occupied by adult 25 or older. All Rates are Subject to taxes and other fees.

Remaining balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks are preferred. Please inquire if paying by credit card.

Check out time is 9:30 a.m. and check in time is 4:00 p.m. We hope you will understand we need until 4:00 p.m. to properly clean your accommodation since they are large with full kitchens. If you have a problem with the time of arrival or departure due to airline flights, etc., we will try to accommodate your needs to adjust your check in and checkout times if you let us know in advance of your arrivelWe are unable to accommodate early arrivals or late a check-out from December through the week after Easter Sunday.

Additional Persons: $15.00 per person per night for any person over the stated number of people that the accommodation can sleep. There are no hidden charges, such as surcharges or cleaning fees. Please note we have provided laundry baskets for each unit, and to keep from charging cleaning fees, we simply ask that on your departure you put all dirty linens, towels and rugs in the laundry baskets, take out your garbage, do your dishes. Please start laundry in Units with washer and dryers.

Our accommodations are all non-smoking, and we regret we are unable to accept pets unless noted as pet friendly with a pet fee and pet security deposit. Sorry, no motorhomes or motorcycles or boats and trailers are allowed.

All of our accommodations are fully furnished, including sheets, towels, cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans, iron, ironing board, coffee makers, toasters, blenders, and microwaves. All accommodations have cable TV with remotes, DVDs, and private telephones. Your accommodation will have a started supply of 1 roll of toilet paper, & 2 rolls paper towels, 2 kitchen trash can liners, and 2 small bar of soap for each bathroom. You are responsible for your needs for the duration of your stay. Just bring your personal items and be prepared for a great vacation!

We do not provide maid service, however arrangements can be made for an additional fee.
